Missed Appointment / Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to provide quality health care to all our patients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers, but our other patients as well. Our cancellation policy is applied so as to safeguard the time slots of our therapists and not prevent another patient from attending the clinic. 

Appointment Cancellation
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.

If cancellation or rescheduling is necessary, please see our policy: 
•    Contacting us at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment is fine and at no charge.
•    Contacting us within 24 - 2 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% appointment fee.
•    A missed appointment or late cancellation within 2 hours of your appointment will incur a full appointment fee.

 

How to Cancel Your Appointment
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us at 016870302. If out of hours, you may leave a voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible.


Cancellations Fees
Cancellation fees will need to be settled in order to confirm your next appointment. You will receive an email in the event of a missed appointment or late cancellation with details of how to process this. 


Payment Terms
All fees are to be paid on the day of treatment. Payments can be made using all major credit cards and debit cards. A receipt will be issued to allow for submission to your health insurance for reimbursement. Most health insurances now provide Apps on your smartphone that allows for instant submission and faster reimbursement of expenses.
